Bath Time

Mom decided to get the camera after a bath. Glad she did :-)

3 months old already!

Emmitt is 3 months old and doing great. He can roll over very well now and frequently rolls from front to back, looking very confused as to what is going on. He has also recently discovered his feet and has developed a taste for socks. He was baptized on August 24 and wore the same gown I wore when I was baptized (no, it's not just a dress).

Entirely Too Cute

Emmitt is growing like a weed. He's 8 weeks old and can do so much already: hold his head up, lift up off of his belly, roll over from his belly to his back, stuff 1 1/2 hands in his mouth, and grin like a maniac. No matter how we swaddle him, his blanket is off and snuggled to the side of his face in a flash. He's a blankie kid, just like his Mommy!

4-5 Weeks Old

Emmitt went to church for the first time when he was a month old. We also went to Huron to visit Grandma and Grandfather Kidd, Uncle Alex, and Uncle Mark and Aunt Lisa.

3 weeks old!

When Emmitt was 3 weeks old, we traveled to Pennsylvania to go to my brother's wedding and to visit with Grandma and Pap Evanchalk, Great-Grammy Ina, Aunt Katie and Uncle Cody, and Aunt Beth. We had all 5 grandsons together (Nathan, Eli, Zane, Zeke, and Emmitt).

Growing

Wow have we been busy. Emmitt is one heck of an eater. He's 2 1/2 weeks old and he's up to 8lbs 3oz. from his birth weight of 7lbs 2oz. He's growing really fast. Here are some resent photos of Emmit.

Emmitt Ralph Kidd

Emmitt was born at 7:59am on June 5th, 2008. He weighed 7lbs 2oz. and 19.5 inches long. Sarah did great yesterday! She has a short labor which lasted about 4.5 hrs. We should be here at the hospital for about another day before we head home. We have picture but I won't say who left the USB cable at home so I can't get the pictures up right now....*cough*sarah*cough*

Stay on target....almost there...

We only have about 6 weeks left till the little "Kidd" comes into our lives. We have just about everything in order. We will try and put some photos up of the nursery and Sarah here soon.
